At NASRUG, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We specialize in high-quality rugs and home décor products shipped worldwide.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The rug must be returned in original packaging whenever possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order rugs
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Products returned after the return window

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Email us at admin@nasrug.com

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not already started.

7. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact NASRUG before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
